How do i build up my upper body to make my body shaped like a diamond instead of a triangle?

I noticed over the years that when i look at my self in the mirror my body has a sort of triangle shape to it. This really bugs me, i would like to make my body into a diamond shape.





I need a workout routine to build up the muscle in my upper body. I also need to know how many reps and sets i should do for each workout.|||There is no rubric of training and these sites will answer all your questions and more... you have a certain body type.. age... ability
