Where could i get good rom and emulator for Pokemon diamond or platinum?

The games can be played. But, in pokemon diamond, when it reaches the part of the first pokemon fight, it stuck.In platinum, when it shows 'press start', it stucks. What should i do now?|||the same thing happened for me when i downloaded an emulator from other site it worked for the websites try romulation,dgemu for roms and emulator-zone,ndsemulator for emulators and also no$gba is the best it is also very handy to have two no$gba emulators like i have.the games which dont work in one will work in other so try downloading the emulator from different sites|||nothing
