What are the best ways to get a Vulpix in Diamond?

I want to get a vulpix in Pokemon Diamond. I would trade for one in the GTC, but I haven't seen one so it isn't in my pokedex. Could someone tell me where I could find a trainer with one, or suggest a method that doesn't involve the Pal Park?|||You can get one if you put your leaf green cartridge in your DS.
