How do you get the event pokemon in gts for Pokemon Diamond?

In Pokemon Diamond,It doesn't show the event pokemon in gts when you search.Do you know how to seek them in the gts as well as other pokemon that i want?|||You can only search the pokemon you have seen in your pokedex, not other ones, so you need to see them first before you can search them in the GTS|||You could cheat, if you dont want to, you can only look for the once's you already have

And if you somehow get to see them, any event pokemon offered on the gts is 100% hacked.|||in gts u only can seek or trade pokemons you already saw, if you use pokemon wifi via friend code u can trade all the pokemons you friend have(if he or she want too to trade
