What is a good place to train an Ice Pokemon from level 30 to level 50 in Pokemon Diamond?

I am trying to train a Glaceon, but I do not know where a good place to train an Ice-type Pokemon is in Pokemon Diamond. Any ideas?

The person who gives me the most thoughtful, complete, thourough answer gets the best answer.|||Thats a good question. Try iron island first, since its ice moves are effective against golbat's flying type, and steelix, onyx and graveler's rock type. When your glaceon reaches 40, move to victory road. Then, when you are in the high 40's, goto the fight area, and battle fearow. Hope this helps.|||my brother trained his pokemon in the elite four and he got them all to level 100

so get 5 of your strongest pokemon and your glaceon and put exp. share on glaceon and put glaceon as your first pokemon in your team and when you enter the battle switch glaceon out and bring a different pokemon out to make your opponents pokemon faint and when the pokemon faints bring out glaceon and then switch glaceon with a different pokemon and make your opponents other pokemon faint

repeat this process|||If I were you, I'd make sure it's EV's were maxed before you start training.

Unfortunately, I don't know any places to train.|||1 for 50s 1rst 2 elite four members and roserade|||id go with iron island or victory road.
