If a diamond ring is priced so low is there a reason to worry?

Found a nice engagement ring in what seems to be a reputable store. 1 carot diamond w/ platinum ring for $1140. It seems really nice and my fiance loves it but I feel wary that it's priced so low. Is there reason to worry? What might those reasons be? And how could I make sure I'm getting a good product?|||Yes you should worry. Better to get something real than something unknown. As some posters said, it is most likely a more poor quality or is not certified.|||if i were you i would buy it and take it to quite a few inspectors and if they all say it's real then keep it, but if they say it's fake take it back|||well if you find out its fake you can take the store to court. and breathe hot air on the diamond, the condensation should be gone imediatly if the diamonds real|||The diamond is likely of lower quality.
